Currency

All prices, shipping charges, and refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees or currency conversion if your account uses another currency; those fees are outside our control.

When you are charged

Payment is charged at the time you place the order. Completing checkout authorizes us to charge the full order total, including merchandise and the flat shipping rate shown at checkout (typically $4.95 USD unless stated otherwise).

Failed payments

If a payment fails or is declined, the order is not confirmed and production will not start. You may retry with another method shown at checkout or contact your payment provider. Refunds

When a refund is approved under our Refund Policy, it is returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval (and after return inspection when required) for the credit to appear. Refund eligibility for personalized quiet books follows the Refund Policy.
