Origin and destinations

Orders ship from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (13/9 BIS, NGUYEN VAN QUY, KP1, P. PHU THUAN, QUAN 7, TP. HO CHI MINH). We ship to the United States and worldwide. Delivery times and customs requirements vary by destination.

Shipping rate and currency

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 USD per order unless a product page or checkout total states otherwise. All prices and shipping charges are shown in USD.

Production and transit timelines

• Production: 7–14 business days after order confirmation (personalized and handmade quiet books are prepared during this window).
• Transit: typically 5–15 business days after the order ships (varies by destination).

Total time from order to delivery is usually production plus transit. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. International deliveries may take longer during peak seasons.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send tracking details to the email associated with your order when tracking is available from the carrier. Please allow time for the first scan to appear in the tracking system.

Wrong or incomplete address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship, and refunds may be reduced by return shipping costs. Contact [email protected] as soon as you notice an address error—changes are only possible before the package is handed to the carrier.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number, photos of damage (if applicable), and the shipping label if available. We will work with the carrier to investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate after review.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges assessed by the destination country. novkya does not collect these fees at checkout unless required by law and clearly stated. Refusal of a package due to customs charges does not automatically qualify for a full refund of merchandise and original shipping.

Returns shipping address

When a return is approved under our Refund Policy, send the item to 13/9 BIS, NGUYEN VAN QUY, KP1, P. PHU THUAN, QUAN 7, TP. HO CHI MINH. Do not ship returns without prior approval.
