novkya sells personalized handmade felt quiet books and Montessori-inspired busy books for babies and toddlers. Product pages describe materials, activities, and personalization options. Colors and textures may vary slightly due to handmade construction and screen display differences. We do not claim to be a U.S. apparel manufacturer or same-day warehouse for clothing.

Personalized and custom orders

When you submit names or other personalization, you confirm the spelling and content are correct. Personalized/custom quiet books are made to order and are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for shop error (wrong personalization versus your confirmed order) or defect, as described in our Refund Policy. Customer typos disclosed on the order are not grounds for refund. You may request cancellation or edits only before production starts. Production typically takes 7–14 business days.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is charged at order placement using the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect pricing due to error, or cannot be fulfilled. Shipping is typically a flat $4.95 USD unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping

Orders ship from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to the United States and worldwide. Transit is typically 5–15 business days after dispatch and varies by destination. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Payment Policy. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear after approval.

Intellectual property
